This coming week is International Coaching Week (https://coachfederation.org/blog/international-coach-federation-announces-dates-for-international-coaching-week-2019) and I wanted to share with you what an impact coaching has had on my life. Coaching has given me a chance at a second career and motivated me to complete my training and become a Certified Coach. Along the way I have come across inspiring people on my coaching journey. They are ordinary people living their lives who choose to do something extra -ordinary whether it is pursuing a dream of theirs or making a difference to other people. The biggest change for me (after receiving coaching) has been that I have finally started to write the book I have dreamed of writing since I was 12 years old. It is terrifying sharing this with you as it has been a secret desire of mine for so long but after 33 years of listening to my saboteur, I have chosen to listen to my inner leader instead. It is early days yet but I am embarking on this dream wholeheartedly.
